A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, USA, the speaker has been with Silver Sea Joint Stock Company for 16 years and currently serves as the company’s Sales Director.

In this role, he is responsible for business development across the FDI sector, private enterprises, and Silver Sea’s distribution partner network. Over the years, he has worked closely with customers, system integrators, and technology partners to understand their operational needs and identify suitable security and surveillance solutions.

Through his practical experience, he has developed a strong understanding of Vietnam’s security and surveillance market, particularly the challenges businesses face when managing different camera systems, integrating new technologies with existing infrastructure, and applying AI to improve operational efficiency.

Representing Silver Sea at the event, he will present the topic “AI & Software for Intelligent Industries: Accelerating Vietnam’s Digital Transformation.” The session will share Silver Sea’s perspective on how AI-powered video analytics and open software platforms can support industries in improving security, centralizing data, optimizing operations, and making better use of existing technology investments.

He will also introduce several practical applications of AI and software in areas such as manufacturing, industrial parks, transportation, commercial facilities, and enterprise security, as well as lessons learned from working with customers and partners in Vietnam.

KIoT (Korea Internet of Things) is an AI video analytics company based in Korea, specializing in real-time hazard detection and early-warning systems for crowded public spaces and industrial sites. Our core system combines bird's-eye view transformation, AI-based crowd counting, and UWB passive radar to deliver accurate, privacy-preserving occupancy sensing, paired with a 5-level Crowd Risk Index alert model for real-time visibility and faster response.

The system has been field-validated at a Busan Metro subway station and at Seoul's Jungnang Rose Festival, one of the city's largest public events, and has also been extended to industrial safety — deployed to help prevent worker accidents on the factory floor for a casting industry manufacturer in Korea. This demonstrates how a single AI hazard-detection platform scales across both public and industrial environments.

As Vietnam's cities, transit systems, and manufacturing sector continue to grow, this session will share practical, field-tested insights on deploying lightweight, on-device AI for early risk detection — relevant to transit operators, facility managers, manufacturers, and government agencies responsible for public and industrial safety.

Kyuyeol Lee currently serves as President of KIoT (Korea Internet of Things), a Korea-based AI company specializing in AI-powered crowd density monitoring and hazard alert systems for public and industrial safety.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Kyungpook National University and completed graduate studies in Business Administration.

Mr. Lee's career spans nearly three decades across technology, business leadership, and investment. He began his career at Samsung Electronics' Semiconductor Business Division (1995–2000), later leading content operations at Hansoftnet (2000–2002) and heading the business division at Happyedu (2003–2009). He then served as CEO of C2Edu (2009–2017) before joining KIoT as President in 2022.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Mr. Lee has been active as a private investor, serving as managing partner for several individual investment associations (KL, LK, and Series No.1) and providing investment consulting to companies such as Jeonjin Bio since 2015. His investment portfolio spans more than 10 companies across the biotech, shipping and aviation, and content industries.

At KIoT, Mr. Lee brings this combination of engineering background, operational leadership, and investment experience to help expand the company's AI-based public and industrial safety solutions into new markets, including Vietnam.
